One pack type aqueous light elastic surface conditioner incorporating reactive particles and forms a super-macromolecular elastic film as an elastic surface conditioner for renovation to buildings. Also prepares new surface for all types of subsequent coatings.

Surface Preparation:
Surface shall be dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign matter. Wash off dirt, dust, stain etc with high- pressure jet-wash.
